The Problem tab lists the problem as reported on FieldDesk.  The technician can change the problem listed if it was reported incorrectly by using the Change button.  Any changes made on this tab will update the problem in FieldOPS.

The technician can also add notes to the work order by pressing the Tech Notes button.  These notes will be available for use on forms, and may print on a receipt.  The notes will be included not only on the work order in FieldOPS once the order is submitted, but also on the History tab in FieldDesk as Notes for future work orders as long as the Customer Non-Viewable notes are allowed.
