Whether your technicians get one assignment at a time or their entire day’s list, you can control which assignments are shown on the FieldDesk Lite home screen. During set-up, you can also choose whether  or not the assignments disappear from view after completion.

Click on a customer’s address to get turn by turn driving directions using your preferred map application on your phone.

At a glance, your dispatchers will be able to see work order statuses with the color coded Dboard. An icon on the assignment indicates whether or not it is available to the tech in FD Lite.

Call or text customer contacts with your preferred phone or messaging app. All customer contact phone numbers are available in the FD Lite app.

See past Work Order history details: each historical record includes the work order number, date, technician, call type, status, and problem notes.
